Perins pupils made an Olympic effort to support SEPIA this week when Science teacher, Jo Davies, brought in a real Olympic torch to show the children. Realising that everyone would want to hold the torch Jo organised a photo shoot with pupils giving a donation to SEPIA in exchange for their picture holding the torch. It was great for the pupils and staff at Perins School and particularly great for SEPIA as the event raised an amazing £220. The torch belongs to Jo's friend James MacDonald who was chosen to carry the torch through Andover due to his charitable efforts.
